Expert Maintenance Delivery

Renewcorp conducts planned preventive maintenance according to your agreed schedule. All maintenance strictly follows the Technical Data Schedule for each asset type, as stipulated by the Department of Infrastructure and Transport, ensuring full compliance and optimal performance.

Transparent Fault Reporting

Any failures identified during inspections are thoroughly documented against the specific asset, with comprehensive records available on your portal. All test results and failures are properly documented and submitted to you for your records, creating a clear audit trail.

Renewcorp provides clear, detailed quotes for any additional costs required to repair failed assets. Once you accept the quote, we promptly schedule further time to restore the asset to full functionality.

Professional Rectification

A complete report of all activities is submitted and maintained through your dedicated client portal, available whenever you need it. The portal also facilitates additional work requests and streamlines communication between your team and ours. All reports comply with state and council record-keeping requirements.
