Stephen McIntyre

Stephen is a proven leader in FM, PPP, and infrastructure project management. With outstanding experience in a range of organizations and sectors, Stephen has built his career working with multinational companies in leadership roles.

His experience encompasses financial, facilities, and property services with significant expertise in operational and commercial leadership of major multibillion-dollar portfolios. He brings strategic foresight and an unyielding focus on execution and relationship management to assignments and currently holds two board roles in the health and infrastructure sectors, as well as operational and leadership roles on several major contracts.

Stephen heads up our contract and commercial delivery.

Paul Schlaphoff

Paul has extensive governance, operations, and financial expertise, having held a number of executive director and CEO roles over his 25 years in the construction, engineering, energy, and project management segments.

With firsthand experience as a quantity surveyor, Paul’s roles have involved commercial leadership, c-suite and operational/business improvement, and the development of strategic plans and objectives for large organizations and contractors. Paul’s specialties include commercial strategy and implementation, business- and contract-wide risk management, leadership of senior management teams, and strategic account and relationship management on major contracts and projects.

Paul heads up our projects and partnerships delivery.

Troy Smith

Troy brings a wealth of experience to the building services industry with a track record of esteemed leadership across various boards. His expertise is deeply rooted in driving result-oriented processes that enhance corporate strategy and operational effectiveness within organizations.

Troy is renowned for his proficiency in fixed asset management and the implementation of automated building systems, contributing significantly to operational excellence and energy savings in building management. With a strategic and hands-on approach, he is a valuable asset to companies seeking to optimize their operational and energy efficiencies.

As a systems expert, Troy heads up the FM alignment for our customers and delivery, working closely with Paul to ensure partner engagement, KPI compliance, and strong results-oriented delivery.

David Erczmann

With over 15 years of experience in the property services and facilities management sectors, David brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovative solutions.

David has held key leadership positions at several renowned businesses within the areas of facilities management, and contractor-related software – where he specialized in building long-lasting client relationships, solutions driven outcomes, and ensuring that his passion in delivering high quality solutions were a result of his dedication and commitment.

David most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for LinkSafe and was instrumental in building the business until its acquisition by Civica in 2024.

David had spent two terms serving on the Facility Management Association (FMA) Victorian Committee, and his network and expertise span multiple sectors including health, aged care, retail, education, manufacturing, and government.

David will leverage his extensive experience to enhance the company’s client services function, ensuring that every partnership is supported with exceptional communication, reliability, and value-driven solutions. His focus will be on understanding client challenges and developing comprehensive strategies to meet evolving facility management demands, including integrating new technologies and promoting sustainability.

Alexander Hender

Alex started his career in the building sector in 2008. As a sustainable design consultant, Alex worked with clients and technical experts to design better, more comfortable, and more efficient buildings.

Alex has since achieved qualifications in commerce, sustainability science, project management, climate governance, safety, and business administration. He has spent years managing the operations, administration, facilities, and assets of a range of organisations. Performing significant roles at a General Manager and CEO level for Uber, OFO, and other tech-enabled companies exposed him to start-ups, scale-ups, and established corporations.

In every case, his drive is to help lower the operating costs and environmental impact of the built environment. This means that Alex brings together the commercial acumen, environmental sensitivity, and strategic awareness necessary to get optimal results from your investment in facility and asset management.
