Retail – RenewCorp is expanding our facility management offering within the retail sector as we feel there is opportunity for more effective management within this vertical. Typical FM is delivered by Real Estate orientated FM’s within this sector, we have had success in bringing a more asset focused and customer KPI focused delivery within this sector. This has further been supported by our “Project’s” team as retail fit outs and delivery are constrained by tight time lines, working with different centre managers and require considerable attention to detail to meet budget and delivery timelines.
